The opportunity: The Enterprise Technology Influencer Network is a global and diverse community of enthusiasts. As the Change Community Network & Training Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving awareness and best practices for technology products, enhancing the ways of working for colleagues across the organization and developing and implementing training programs to ensure the successful adoption of new services and technologies within the organization (primarily M365, Security, Mobile and AI such as M365 Copilot).

This includes creating training materials, scheduling and promoting training sessions, delivering sessions, and measuring and reporting the effectiveness of training programs. You will also lead the network in raising local awareness and adoption, participating in pilots and focus groups, providing valuable feedback on communications and functionality, and serving as the voice of the customer.

Responsibilities

  • Expand & Manage Change Champion Network: Develop and oversee our network of change champions to drive successful adoption of technologies such as M365, Security, Mobile and AI.
  • Engage Audience via EY Intranet and Internal Channels: Leverage the EY intranet and internal channels such as Viva Engage and local communications to engage key audiences, fostering a community of enthusiastic supporters.
  • Content Creation & Publication: Create and publish engaging content, both self-created and from the Content team and technical product managers, to maintain excitement and interest in supported products and changes. Create bite-size content and videos to promote.
  • Support Adoption of M365 and Other Technology Products: Act as a key player in promoting and supporting the adoption of supported technology products within the end user community.
  • Lead Change Network Calls: Organize and lead Change Champion Network calls for a range of technologies, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Collaborate with Global Change Lead: Work closely with the Service Adoption Global Change Management Lead to align strategies and ensure cohesive implementation of change initiatives.
  • Planning, Strategy, and Execution: Develop and execute plans to grow the network, broaden its scope and reach, improve measurement, and sustain engagement.
  • Content, Training, and Activities: Plan content, training, and activities to drive adoption of new technologies among end users. Collaborate with the Service Adoption Content Team and Training resources.
  • Monthly Regional Network Meetings: Run monthly regional network meetings to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Present to Senior Management: Showcase the value of the initiatives to senior management across service lines and member firms and secure buy-in for support and engagement.
  • Leverage Analytics: Assess the efficacy of network activities and identify behavior changes in technology usage that need to be driven across the organization.
  • Enable Business Change: Ensure that EY Business Relationship Management BRM has an effective vehicle to drive key messages, and promote knowledge and training for new features, products, and technology change programs.
  • Training Development: Design and develop comprehensive training programs tailored to the needs of different user groups within the organization.
  • Training Delivery: Conduct training sessions to ensure users are proficient in using new services and technologies, including virtual trainings for a global audience.
  • Content Creation: Develop training materials, including manuals, guides, videos (MSFT Clipchamp), and other resources to support training initiatives.
  • Direct and manage a Service Adoption Content team training support resource: Review and approve their content and session delivery schedule and evaluation.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with product managers, change managers, and service line leaders to understand training needs and align with organizational goals.
  • Performance Measurement: Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics, reporting to key stakeholders and making improvements as needed.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with trends and best practices in training and implement innovative methods to enhance engagement and learning.

Additional Information: This is a non-client facing role, offering great flexibility to work from a home office with limited travel. The role requires an understanding of enterprise services and technologies to develop robust training programs tailored for various audiences (business and technical). The successful candidate must be comfortable training large groups of disparate users virtually in an enthusiastic and energetic manner and track attendance from training programs, adjusting based on user feedback.

Qualifications

  • 3 years of experience in senior stakeholder and business relationship management and developing and delivering training programs, preferably in a corporate or technology-driven environment.
  • 3 years of experience in a comparable role.
  • 5 years of experience in IT business change and end user technology adoption.
  • Change Management certification preferred.
  • Experience with Microsoft cloud services.
  • Experience with reporting and analytics and a strong bias toward data-driven decisions.
  • Experience with content production and planning calendars.
  • Familiarity with gamification, leaderboards and other engagement tactics.
  • Experience with creating basic video production (e.g., Microsoft Clipchamp) for promotion.
  • Strong US English communication and presentation skills, proficiency in creating training materials, and the ability to engage and motivate learners.
  • College degree in communication, education, training, human resources, or a related discipline.
  • Experience developing large-scale training programs that include behavioral changes as well as technology awareness.
  • Previous project or program work in end-user technology adoption, mobile, security and/or Microsoft M365 products and services.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal for leaders and end users.
  • Team player mindset, able to work collaboratively with and through others.

Preferred qualifications

  • Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and other training tools.
  • Excellent active listening skills.
  • Experience maintaining knowledge of EY technology estate.
  • Advanced interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
