For our client, we are currently looking for candidates for the position of:
Change Analyst (5+ years of experience)
Work model: remote
Job type: B2B (with Hays Poland)
Rate: 108–144 PLN net/h
Start date: Q1 / Q2 2026
Key Responsibilities:
- Impact Analysis
- Assess how proposed changes will affect business processes, systems, and stakeholders.
- Identify risks and dependencies.
- Change Documentation
- Prepare detailed change requests and maintain records in change management systems.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and frameworks (e.g., ITIL).
- Stakeholder Communication
- Communicate changes to relevant teams and stakeholders.
- Provide clear timelines, instructions, and expectations.
- Testing & Validation
- Coordinate testing of changes before deployment.
- Validate that changes meet requirements and do not introduce issues.
- Governance & Approval
- Facilitate change advisory board (CAB) meetings.
- Ensure proper approvals are obtained before implementation.
- Post-Implementation Review
- Monitor changes after deployment.
- Document lessons learned and update processes if needed.
Critical Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of ITIL Change Management principles.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
- Familiarity with tools like ServiceNow, Jira, or other ITSM platforms.Tool Proficiency:
Experience with project management and collaboration tools (e.g., MS Project, SharePoint, Teams). - Stakeholder Management:
Ability to build relationships and influence without direct authority.
