Overview
As a Risk professional in the CFO&EV team within Strategy&Consulting/Intelligent Consulting Hub Europe, you will work on delivery of projects for our clients – key industry players in the Risk Management sectors worldwide. You will support clients in keeping up with fast‑changing regulations, innovations and market conditions, bringing industry‑leading best practices, technologies and strategies in credit, market, liquidity, enterprise or operational risk and financial crime.
Responsibilities
- Act as a risk management analyst working with Accenture’s global teams to help clients develop cutting‑edge solutions.
- Shape Accenture’s thought capital around current and emerging risk management topics.
- Use your analytical and quantitative skills to provide clarity to complex issues, gather data and deliver model‑driven insights.
- Help clients use technological risk innovations (Big Data & Cloud Solutions, Robotics, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning) to enhance and transform the risk management function.
- Work across a dynamic, international team where English is the common language.
Work Environment
Most of the work is delivered remotely, but you will also be expected to travel to client locations across Europe and occasionally to other regions. In‑person time for collaboration, learning and relationship building will be required. Accenture will provide flexibility to support your work/life needs.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of risk management experience (Credit, Market, Liquidity, ERM or Financial Crime).
- Knowledge of risk domain quantification and market environment, including Basel III & IV, ICAAP, MIFID, FRTB, GDPR, IFRS 9.
- Experience with risk platforms and technologies such as Bloomberg, Reuters, Murex, Algorithmics, Moody’s, eFront, OFSAA.
- Understanding of operational procedures and data management in risk areas.
- Proficient English and either German, Spanish or French (written & spoken).
Bonus Skills
- Digital fluency and continuous learning, including programming languages (R, SAS, VBA, SQL, PYTHON).
- Industry certifications such as FRM, PRM, CQF, CFA.
