CFO Project Support Specialist
The role involves supporting Functional Transformation Leads in managing projects, tracking schedules, and ensuring effective communication across teams. Responsibilities include organizing meetings, developing project documentation, identifying potential issues, and enhancing processes. Additionally, the position entails assisting with Transfer Pricing mechanisms, preparing financial reports, and supervising internal controls. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, possesses strong project management skills, and has a foundational knowledge in finance, with proficiency in SAP and excellent communication abilities.
Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Support Functional Transformation Leads (Enabling Function) to manage projects successfully.
- Break down, monitor and track project schedule, deadlines and deliverables, and regularly report project status to regional and local project teams.
- Ensure proper communication between project workstreams (set up of SharePoint/TEAMS) and support Change/Communication in internal and external communication.
- Organize project meetings and workshops – align schedules of attendees, prepare meeting agenda together with the Project Lead, keep and distribute minutes and follow up on action points.
- Support the development of project documentation and check/harmonize work package deliverables before submission to global Work Streams.
- Early identification of problems that could impact project timelines and deliverables; communicate these with Project Lead and work on potential mitigation measures.
- Continuously review local standards and requirements, and adjust them accordingly to improve processes.
- Meet project commitments and maintain maximum flexibility.
- Ensure efficiency and reduction of complexity by standardization and the use of best practices in local project delivery based on global framework and best practices.
Financial Team Support:
- Support LEFiM in Transfer Price mechanism to calculate and set up in the system transfer prices for new products/SKUs. System PASS.
- Assistance in preparing documentation for transfer prices. Ultimately, taking over full responsibility for the Transfer Pricing area - calculations, segmentation, and the entire solution logic.
- Supervise intercompany invoices and their correctness.
- Contact business departments to determine and confirm the actual state in order to determine transfer prices and calculation methods.
- Prepare financial reports based on data from SAP/H2R system. Prepare financial presentations to ensure up-to-date knowledge on results and KPIs.
- Supervise selected internal controls (ICS) in accordance with Group guidelines.
- Supervise the authorization procedure and its update. Work with GHP system.
- Assist in managing issued powers of attorney, documents flow, and control over the process.
- Take on more responsible tasks over time (including Treasury and Banking).
Who You Are:
- Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure, troubleshoot, and to meet short- and long-term deadlines.
- Experience in project management, structured with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively as a team member and independently.
- Comfortable dealing with senior management and multiple stakeholders, and developing strong working relationships with team members.
- Thorough familiarity with word processing, spreadsheet, and project scheduling computer applications.
- Excellent PowerPoint and Excel skills.
- SAP experience.
- Highly motivated person with proven Project Management skills with Customer Focus, Drive Results, and Collaborates.
- A person determined to start a career in finance, eager to learn new things and who has a passion for numbers, is analytical and well-organized.
- Solid foundation in the understanding of the business and its needs, and processes as well.
- A person with attention to detail and a high sense of duty.
- Fluent in English both in spoken and written form, with good communication, open and trusted personality.
- Degree in Finance/Accounting/Controlling or related area would be a strong asset.
