CFO – Cyber Risk Analyst/Consultant (She/He/They) - ICH Europe

As a Risk professional in the CFO & EV team within Strategy & Consulting / Intelligent Consulting Hub Europe, you’ll work on delivery of projects for our clients – key industry players in the Risk Management sectors around the world. You’ll help our clients keep up with fast‑changing regulations, innovations and changing market conditions, bringing industry‑leading best practices, technologies and strategies in areas such as credit, market, liquidity, enterprise or operational risk, financial crime, regulatory compliance, robotics, AI and advanced quantitative modelling.
The Work
- Assess, identify and mitigate cyber risks for clients, ensuring robust security measures are in place.
- Apply industry standards, frameworks and regulations (NIST, ISO 27k, DORA, GDPR, local regulations) to guide clients in achieving compliance.
- Draft and refine cybersecurity policies, standards and procedures tailored to client needs.
- Design and optimise IT and cyber processes to enhance overall security and efficiency.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored cyber‑risk solutions.
- Contribute to proposal preparation, participate in orals and search for business development opportunities.
- Lead and develop junior team members.
Flexible: Work is mostly remote but requires occasional travel and onsite client visits across Europe and other locations for short or long‑term engagements.
What You’ll Need
- Minimum 2 years of cyber‑risk management experience.
- Proven experience in cyber‑risk management, IT risk, IT governance and compliance.
- In‑depth knowledge of NIST and ISO frameworks.
- Strong consulting skills with a client‑centric approach.
- Ability to explain complex ideas in simple terms and provide practical solutions.
- Proficient in English and either German, Spanish or French (written & spoken).
Bonus Points If You Are And Have
- Industry certifications such as CISM, CISA, CRISC, ISO/IEC 27001 Lead Implementer.
- Experience in people management.
