CFIN Technical Consultant – Integration

The aim of the CFIN Tech Consultant – Integration role is to ensure that the SAP Central Finance is running in a live environment and the service meets the predefined Operational Readiness criteria. Data is seamlessly flowing between CFIN and 3rd Party applications.

CFIN Tech Consultant – Integration will be SPOC for integration of CFIN with all 3rd Party Platforms/60+ Applications. He coordinates issue and change results related to 3rd party and integration-related topics. He will coordinate with different parties (T-Systems, SAP, D&T Product Teams, HGSS, OpCo) in case of any issue or new change request.

Your Responsibilities

• Oversee use of SAP Central Finance and ensure alignment of technical changes with business requirements
• Provide subject matter experience (S/4HANA) from technical perspective
• Ensure system is up and running as per SLAs
• Ensure system upgrades timely
• Coordinate integration from E2E testing throughout the landscape
• Monitor all CFIN related interfaces for middleware (SAP PO, Boomi/Solace, APIC)
• Change request support for SAP PO, Boomi/Solace, APIC
• Take end-to-end ownership with CFIN and 3rd party applications
• Align with product owners
• Fix issues/implement change requests if possible
• Manage CFIN activities from integration perspective
• Gather requirements, develop, and enhance system landscape
• Resolve technical defects timely
• Coordinate SAP note implementation/RFC work and other activity
• Coordinate system upgrades
• Coordinate connectivity with local systems and integrations
• Perform performance optimization
• Serve as technical support for medium to complex problem resolution; participate in crisis meetings as needed
• Ensure adherence to regulatory and compliance requirements within SAP System design and implementation
• Update and review technical documentation and other tasks assigned by TL within scope of functional responsibilities

Qualifications

• 10+ years SAP integration experience in PI/PO/Boomi/API Connect
• 3+ years SAP Central Finance experience
• Experience in S/4HANA technology
• Working knowledge of SAP ABAP (added advantage)
• Strong client communication skills
• Strong organization/delegation skills
• Strong leadership skills - able to supervise, mentor, guide other technical experts
• Demonstrated excellent customer service skills, technical background
• Minimum bachelor’s degree
