Our goal is to support companies through efficient ITSM solutions and digital transformation. For our growing team, we are looking for motivated and experienced employees to expand our portfolio in the area of Service Now implementation. Start - January 2025 Utilization - 100% Locality - remote Price target: by agreement Project - long-term Level of seniority - Senior/Architect Language: DE - B2/C1, EN - C1 responsibilities : Develop and design customised Service Now architectures for complex business requirements Lead customer workshops to capture requirements and design strategic IT solutions Provide technical leadership in the implementation of Service Now solutions in large projects, including ITSM, ITOM, CSM and other modules Advise and support customers in optimising their Service Now instance and defining best practices Monitoring and ensuring the scalability, performance and stability of the Service Now platform Creating technical documentation and solution architectures Coaching and mentoring implementation teams and junior architects Integrating third-party systems into the Service Now platform using REST/SOAP APIs requirements-expected : Certified System Administrator (CSA) or Certified Application Developer (CAD), with proven experience in implementing Service Now projects In-depth knowledge of ITSM, ITOM, ITBM and other Service Now modules Strong understanding of ITIL and ITSM processes (ITIL certification an advantage) Several years of professional experience as a Solution Architect or Technical Architect in Service Now projects Expertise in developing scripts (Java Script, Glide Script) and customising business rules and workflows Experience in the architecture and integration of cloud solutions and third-party systems Strong skills in requirements analysis, problem solving and strategic planning Excellent communication and presentation skills in German and English Ability to work independently and take responsibility as an external service provider or freelancer benefits : sharing the costs of sports activities private medical care sharing the costs of professional training & courses life insurance remote work opportunities flexible working time integration events no dress code coffee / tea drinks parking space for employees christmas gifts employee referral program charity initiatives family picnics quick and light recruitment process
