We are looking for a strategic and results‑driven Transformation Lead to spearhead a major shift in how CPW operates. This is a unique opportunity to lead large‑scale transformation, harmonize operating models across regions, and enable true end‑to‑end orchestration through digital acceleration and change leadership.
Main Purpose of the Job
Drive the transformation of CPW’s operational model by implementing a harmonized approach across three Centers of Competence, centralizing back‑office activities, and enabling end‑to‑end orchestration through digital innovation and robust change management.
In this position you will:
- Lead the implementation of a harmonized CoC operating model across regions, ensuring alignment with OneOperating Model principles.
- Execute the CPW Operations Digital Roadmap, focusing on automation, analytics, and orchestration platforms.
- Establish governance frameworks and standardized processes to ensure compliance and operational consistency.
- Drive change programs, building transformation readiness and engaging stakeholders across zones and markets.
Requirements
- Proven leadership in operational transformation, preferably within supply chain or manufacturing, with measurable business impact.
- Experience managing cross‑regional change initiatives and complex stakeholder networks.
- Strong governance and performance tracking skills, including KPIs, milestones, and compliance oversight.
- Ability to facilitate strategic workshops and alignment sessions to drive transformation.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills across multiple levels and geographies.
- At least Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field; MBA preferred.
