Central Finance SAP Manager/Senior Manager

1. Build SAP ERP technology solutions that transform client Finance and Analytics functions.
2. Contribute to large-scale, global work streams requiring specific knowledge of SAP within the Finance function.
3. Lead teams to design, set-up, test, and deploy prototype and production Finance solutions and ensure that all the pieces work together seamlessly.
4. Conduct client workshops, Requirement Gathering, FIT-GAP Analysis & Key Design Decisions.
5. Monitor and track deliverables.
6. Work with the project team, project delivery leads, and client stakeholders to create stand-out Finance solutions powered by SAP.
7. Analyze technical and functional integration requirements and coordinate with the technical/ functional teams.
8. Guide the testing cycles across teams as well as identify and perform cutover activities as required for go-live preparation.
9. SAP - accredited or certified experience.
10. Demonstrable extensive experience in SAP finance consulting, with a proven track record of leading successful S/4 HANA transformations.
11. Deep understanding of SAP S/4 HANA finance capabilities.
12. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients, stakeholders, and team members at all levels.
13. Consulting mindset with the ability to analyze complex business problems, develop innovative solutions, and drive implementation efforts to achieve desired outcomes.
14. Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and deliver high-quality results under tight deadlines.
15. Superb analytical and problem-solving abilities.
16. Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
17. SAP certifications in relevant modules (e.g. S/4 HANA Finance) would be a plus.
18. Proficiency in English.
