    What will we do together?
  1. Develop and drive the strategic sourcing agenda to align human resources with organizational needs, ensuring optimal resource utilization to achieve business goals
  2. Champion performance by managing suppliers (eg temporary labor agencies) results, leading audits, and ensuring smooth, data-driven billing operations that align perfectly with operational goals
  3. Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) that not only assess flexible labor performance but also drive continuous improvement across the board
  4. Leverage the power of tools to transform data insights into continuous, impactful improvements
  5. Drive excellence by collaborating with procurement teams to elevate KPIs, manage suppliers costs, and craft seamless processes that guarantee superior quality and consistency
  6. Be the guardian of compliance, ensuring legal requirements are met while nurturing vital relationships with suppliers to uphold KPIs and maintain the highest standards
  7. Take the lead on the International Exchange Program to ignite international collaboration
Who are we looking for?
  1. Ability to inspire and motivate team members
  2. Ability to assess data and trends to make informed decisions about resource allocation
  3. Capacity to align resources with long-term organizational goals and strategies
  4. Experience in standardizing operational processes and improving efficiency
  5. Knowledge of legal regulations regarding temporary labor and compliance as an advantage
  6. Experience in managing third-party suppliers with a focus on flexible labor
  7. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  8. Advanced knowledge about Excel, Power Point, PowerBI
  9. Fluent in English
Location : Flexible within CEE countries (CZ, HU, SK, PL)
