The aim of this role is to accelerate procedural adoption by enhancing physicians capabilities and skills. This involves overseeing the execution of the Skyline project, which focuses on deploying professional education (ProfED) training for knees and trauma across Central Eastern Europe (CEE).
- Executing Professional Education events based on a Skyline Education plan for knee and trauma specialties as provided by a Professional Education Specialist.
- In close collaboration with a Professional Education Specialist, managing, organizing, and executing plans at the country level and, at times, the regional level.
- Identify and address relevant HCP training needs as per Skyline project; ensuring strategic alignment to Business Unit Specialty and platform marketing plans.
- Collaborate with all business partners (Sales, Marketing, Market Access, HCC, Regulatory, Legal, Finance) to support the strategy for educational programs in line with the market needs
- Ensuring that Professional Education activities are conducted in strict compliance with applicable laws and regulations in the healthcare industry.
- Preparing and completing administration for Health Care Compliance Life system (HCCL), EngageEMEA, and other processes (initiation, processing, closing) for educational courses and events in close collaboration with Professional Education, HCC, finance, and business compliance partners.
- Setting up and overseeing (service) contract management in close collaboration with Business Complaince and ProfEd specialists.
- Initiating bookings for business compliance partners, as well as invoices and general logistics.
- Managing event logistics, including confirming venue offers, hospitality, hotel accommodations, and travel options for business compliance partners.
- Managing the online registration system (CVENT) and OneForce (entering courses, managing registrations, extracting attendee lists).
- Coordinating delegates for courses and events.
- Being present on-site at Professional Education events based on a Skyline project.
