About the Role:

The CEE Customer Service Specialist at our Warsaw office will ensure efficient service of CEE customers orders, reporting directly to our Regional Operations Manager for the CEE region. This position involves managing customer orders from receipt to shipment, resolving discrepancies, and coordinating with the warehouse team. Ideal candidates thrive in dynamic environments, excel in organizational skills, and are passionate about customer service.

Role Responsibilities:

  1. Managing customer orders from order receipt to shipment of product including entering, validating, and releasing orders in the system.
  2. Analysis and resolving customer order discrepancies to prepare orders for downstream fulfilment activities.
  3. On-going cooperation with the warehouse team to supervise the fulfilment and shipping process.
  4. Communicating the CEE Sales Team on the execution of orders and providing them with SAP reports agreed with the CEE Sales Director.
  5. Taking actions aiming at obtaining consents of the authorised people from the Sales team on processing orders with special prices or comprising gratis items.
  6. Coordinating the work of Freshdesk for CEE region.
  7. Monitoring the correctness of prices, ISBN and other commercial data in SAP.
  8. Error reporting and submitting problem solutions to the team responsible for the maintenance and development of the ERP system.
  9. Running the annual inventory of the main warehouse stock and posting respective documents in ERP.
  10. Other actions related to the Operations Department activities.
  11. Compliance with the rules and procedures to be followed at Macmillan Polska.

Experience, Skills & Qualifications:

Essential

  1. Previous working experience on a similar position preferably within publishing, books distribution or similar industry.
  2. Working knowledge of SAP or equivalent IT procurement & Logistics system.
  3. Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
  4. Excellent communication skills.
  5. Knowledge of English at least at B2+ level.

  1. Analytical skills.
  2. Ability to work under time pressure.
  3. Excellent team work skills.
