CEE Partner Office Associate/Senior Associate role at PwC Polska
The CEE Partner Office team is responsible for managing all aspects of the career lifecycle of the circa 300 equity Partners that make up the PwC CEE Partner group. This includes Partner admissions, performance management & moderation, income & capital, taxation, mobility and exits/offboarding.
We are looking for:
Your future role:
- Acting as a personal assistant to the CEE Partner Office Leader
- Managing calendar scheduling, travel arrangements, and expense processing
- Handling regular administrative tasks typical of a professional assistant role
- Providing operational support to the CEE Partner Office team — formatting and preparing presentations, maintaining and updating team materials, managing SharePoint content and mailing groups, supporting operational tasks such as scheduling calls, documenting actions and tracking follow-ups, attending team calls and contributing to coordination efforts, assisting with travel coordination for the CEE Partner Office Director
- Offering technical guidance – staying informed about new MS365 features, sharing best practices and supporting team adoption of tools
- Acting as the “glue” of the team – connecting people, facilitating knowledge sharing, and fostering collaboration

- Trustworthiness, as you will need to deal with highly confidential and sensitive information
- Skills at building relationships with senior stakeholders
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong fluency in English
- Experience performing well in a cross-border environment and enjoying being a connector within a team
