Skills and Qualifications
- University degree (preferred fields: Marketing, Communication, or Management)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing
- Excellent command of English, both spoken and written
- Problem‑solving mindset
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Proactive, independent, and results-oriented approach
- Creativity and a positive attitude are essential
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns for new products in the CEE region
- Collaborate with graphic designers to create marketing materials (leaflets, banners, newsletters, social media content)
- Build and strengthen brand positioning through branding and PR activities
- Create and manage content across digital channels (social media, email marketing)
- Analyze marketing data and report on campaign effectiveness
- Cooperate with external agencies and vendors
- Monitor market, technology, and business trends and recommend appropriate solutions
