About Your Challenge

In our dynamic and collaborative department, we are looking for CEE Junior Controller – a player who can take on the collecting and presenting data for management purposes. Both independently and as part of a team. In this role, you will work closely with various areas of the Miele CEE Cluster: a vibrant, diverse, and inclusive team spanning 11 countries, where your ideas matter and your impact reaches across Estonia, Lithuania, Latvia, Poland, Czechia, Slovakia, Hungary, Romania, Bulgaria, Serbia, and Ukraine.

You Will Be Responsible For

• cluster reporting
• coordination of budgeting and forecasting process in CEE
• preparing/updating reports in Power BI and excel spreadsheets
• consolidation of financial forecasts & budgets
• creating tools allowing reports/process automatization and optimisation
• preparing presentations for Board
• close cooperation with CEE FP&A Director, Cluster Controllers and functional stakeholders
  
  

• min 2 years of experience in multinational company in a similar role
• Master degree in Finance / Economics
• Fluent English
• Proactiveness
• High communication skills
• Open mind for changes and dynamic business envirinment
• Excellent excel skills, PBI would be an advantage
• SAP knowledge
