The CEE-BA Leadership Trainee Program at AstraZeneca is a two-year accelerated leadership development opportunity for early career leaders that want to boost their careers in commercial teams. Essential for the role:

• Up to 3 years of professional experience in marketing, sales, medical, or market access teams (preferably in pharma, medical devices, or FMCG). International experience would be a plus.
• Higher education (desirable medical, paramedical, pharmaceutical).
• Growth mindset, willingness to take on new challenges and contribute your own unique ideas and skills, and ability to learn quickly.
• Curiosity, proactivity, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Focus on development and ability to collaborate across various teams.
• Excellent communication skills including fluency in English.
• Driving license and ability to use MS Office (especially Excel, PowerPoint).
