We are seeking a highly skilled CDP (Adobe) Developer to join our team.
responsibilities :
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering a Marketing Managed Service for a leading company, utilizing Adobe Experience Platform, Real-Time CDP, Journey Optimizer, Campaign Classic, and Customer Journey Analytics. This role involves integrating these platforms with OneCRM, OneTrust, and Dynamics 365. Key duties include rapidly deploying campaign and journey capabilities, building robust data foundations, and facilitating a phased training and capability handover to the client’s team. Additional responsibilities encompass configuring ACC to CDP synchronization, managing CDP configurations such as preference events, schemas, and customer workflow adjustments, reviewing data profile mappings, adjusting recipient schemas for CRM to ACC data transfer, and setting up Adobe to Azure Event Hub to CDP integration, including Out-Of-The-Box (OOTB) connector management.
requirements-expected :
Proven experience as a CDP Developer with a strong focus on Adobe Experience Platform and related tools.
In-depth knowledge of Real-Time CDP, Journey Optimizer, Campaign Classic, and Customer Journey Analytics.
Experience with integration of Adobe platforms with OneCRM, OneTrust, and Dynamics 365.
Strong understanding of data schemas, workflows, and customer preference event configurations.
Ability to manage data profile adjustments and review complex data mappings.
Technical expertise in setting up integrations via Azure Event Hub.
Familiarity with OOTB connectors and their configuration.
Excellent communication skills and ability to deliver training and knowledge transfer to client teams.
