Description Overview

As Category Marketing Manager North CEE (Poland, Ukraine, Baltics) you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our organisation, embodying the voice of the consumer while driving the category and country P&L. You will develop and execute the marketing strategy for the Skin Healing and Women’s Health category in North CEE, requiring a deep understanding of local market dynamics, consumer behaviour and competitive landscape.

Scope of the Role

  • Deliver Business Goals & implement Category Marketing Strategy: support annual, quarterly and monthly business cycle requirements for the category.
  • Develop Best-in-Class Marketing Activation Plans: own the category pipeline and activation priorities, lead marketing activation plans setting clear business KPIs in partnership with CS&I, market leads and local media agency.
  • Lead Analytics and Local Category Success Model: collaborate with internal teams such as Category leads, CS&I, regulatory and central teams to align local marketing activities; lead campaign performance and metrics, analyse results and optimise plans for continuous improvement; feed findings into the central Category success model and connection planning.
  • Lead category market analysis & performance tracking: drive market trend analysis, competitor activities and consumer feedback; conduct competitive analysis to inform marketing strategies; use analytics to provide data‑driven recommendations for future activities and campaigns; support collaboration with central teams to update performance and inform competitive activities.

Experience Required

  • Minimum 5+ years in escalating roles within CPG or Consumer Health.
  • Proven experience in managing analytically demanding corporate initiatives.
  • Demonstrated success in leading cross‑functional teams.
  • Strong preference for extensive experience in Marketing and Sales.
  • Proven ability to thrive in fast‑paced, dynamic environments and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Ability to develop and implement effective strategies, processes and controls, including trade funds management and comprehensive planning processes such as S&OP and Stage Gate.
  • Expertise in enhancing forecast models, segmentation frameworks, sales incentives, pricing strategies and reporting tools to drive channel strategy execution.
