My mission:

• I am the driver of category elevation projects across the PL-BL HUB for my chosen category.
• I am the preferred category partner to key strategic retailers and point of contact for client category projects.
• I turn category insights and priorities into Category Selling Story and I am responsible for managing CPD assortment recommendations in top tier clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive the category space & assortment priorities:
• I am responsible for translating brand vision and channel priorities into Category planogram/ merchandising vision.
• I adapt Category planogram vision to recommendations for key retailer partners (use of Apollo, d visualizations, etc.).
• I am the guardian of the category assortment with local retailers.
• I am accountable for providing insights on current distribution (using distribution tool, rotation analysis).
• I am responsible for creation of merchandising.

• Develop strong category trade story with identified listing targets and category projects:
• I support top tier client meetings with relevant category development projects and insights.
• I lead key CPD category elevation projects together with Head of Category.

Job Requirements:

• Proven experience as category manager or similar role, ideally in beauty or FMCG industry.
• Solid knowledge of category management, marketing and sales principles.
• An analytical mind with a strategic ability.
• Excellent communication and people skills.
• Fluent knowledge of English and Polish.
