Our Client is an international engineering and contracting company rooted in both the conventional energy sector and the offshore wind industry

Main principal duties:

• Develop procurement categories in the Renewables division, enabling your core team.
• Engages with Suppliers and builds a close cooperation to enable our Product line (PL) configurator.
• Ensures Suppliers involvement in developing and maintaining PL solutions’ availability and market competitiveness.
• In collaboration with Solutions Engineers and technical leads identifies, assesses, and manages Category roadmap.

Desired Professional competences:

• You hold a degree in i.e. Engineering, Supply Chain Management, alternatively relevant experience from larger international procurement setting.
• International profile, used to working across countries and cultures.
• Willing to work hands-on with all category activities and development of architecture.
• Consulting and involving approach to driving changes and analysis.
• Strong communication skills (English) and the ability to set direction and create data driven clarity.
• Internal/external Stakeholder Management
• Ability to effectively lead stakeholders towards a common agenda.
• Experience with, or profound interest in the following:  Supplier relationship Mgmt., Supply Chain development, Strategic Procurement, Change management.
• Willingness and ability to take lead and ownership of category core teams, strategies, changes, tools and ensure continuous improvements.
• Experience with SRM, should cost analysis, supplier consolidation and a keen interest to drive the latter would be an advantage.
