Key Responsibilities

• Conduct procurement processes and select suppliers.
• Negotiate contracts and commercial terms.
• Manage relationships with suppliers and business partners.
• Analyze costs, perform market research, and identify new purchasing opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to define purchasing needs.
• Ensure compliance with regulations, internal procedures, and security standards.
• Monitor contract execution and the quality of delivered products and services.

The ideal candidate for this position will have

• Higher education (preferred fields: business, IT, supply chain).
• Experience in procurement, preferably in IT categories.
• Knowledge of procurement tools and ERP systems (e.g., Ariba, Coupa).
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Basic technical understanding of hardware, software, and IT services.
• Certifications such as CIPS or ITIL are a plus.
