We are looking for an experienced Category Buyer to manage spending across multiple raw material categories, including protein. This dynamic role involves working with international teams and managing a diverse supplier base across 5 regions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement long-term procurement strategies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and stakeholders.
• Identify and deliver cost-saving and efficiency initiatives within the supply chain.
• Manage the supplier selection and onboarding process.
• Monitor market trends and provide insights to secure competitive pricing.

Requirements

• Fluency in Polish and English.
• Experience in the food industry (protein industry is a plus).
• Relevant education in procurement or a related field (CIPS certification is a plus).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
• Willingness to travel internationally.
