For our client, a global high-tech company, we are looking to fill the position of:

Develop and execute sourcing strategies for indirect or direct categories (e.g., IT, marketing, logistics, facility services).
Lead end-to-end procurement processes, including RFI/RFP, supplier evaluation, and contract negotiation.
Manage and optimize relationships with key vendors and internal stakeholders.
Identify cost-saving opportunities and ensure compliance with procurement policies.
Support category management initiatives and contribute to continuous improvement of procurement practices.
Conduct spend analysis, supplier performance reviews, and risk assessments.
Collaborate with German-speaking teams and stakeholders on procurement-related projects and daily operations.
Fluent German (minimum B2/C1) and very good English (minimum B2) - essential for daily communication with internal stakeholders and suppliers.
3-5+ years of experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, or category management - preferably in an international or SSC environment.
Solid understanding of procurement processes, vendor lifecycle, and sourcing methodologies (RFI, RFP, RFQ).
Proven track record in contract negotiation, supplier evaluation, and cost optimization initiatives.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - ability to analyze spend data, identify trends, and drive improvements.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills - ability to build strong business relationships across departments and regions.
Experience with procurement systems/tools such as SAP, Ariba,
