Gameseal.com is a leading online store offering 50,000 digital gaming products – PC & console games, gift cards, DLCs, subscriptions and digital goods. We are expanding new product segments and partnerships worldwide. ✨ We are looking for a Category & Business Development Manager to own and grow selected digital goods categories through sourcing, negotiations and direct partnerships with issuers and publishers. Key categories we are developing You will be responsible for growing one or several categories (depending on your experience), such as: Steam Gifts & Accounts Crypto Gift Cards Mobile Top-Ups eSIM Gift Cards e-Money Cards Software & AI Subscriptions Some of these categories are already part of our portfolio, while others are in a rapid growth and scaling phase. Responsibilities Full ownership of selected digital goods categories Supplier and partner acquisition (merchants, issuers, publishers) Commercial negotiations: pricing, availability, cooperation models Market and competitor monitoring Sales, margin and product availability optimization Building long-term partnerships with key business partners Cross-team collaboration with marketing, tech and customer support Requirements Experience in digital goods / gaming / marketplace / e-commerce Strong sourcing and negotiation skills Ability to analyze market trends and sales data Fluent English communication Ownership mindset and independence Strong relationship-building and business development skills ⭐ Nice to have Proven growth/scaling of at least one of the listed categories (Steam, Crypto, eSIM, top-ups, software subscriptions) Network among issuers, publishers or digital service operators Business development / category builder mindset What we offer Base salary from €2,000 per month (depending on experience) Performance-based bonus system – top performers reach €5,000–10,000 monthly Real ownership and impact on strategic category growth Flexible cooperation model: employment contract or B2B Fully remote work Opportunity to build new categories from scratch with global partners Employee discounts on games, gift cards and subscriptions
