You will be a partner to the Marketing and Sales Team supporting Mondelez business with meaningful solutions and activations to achieve financial targets and delivery of strategies and tactics for growth. You understand the business metrics and financial drivers needed to unlock profitable growth for categories within Mondelēz International.

You will:

  1. Translate marketing strategies into in-store activities within Modern Trade and Small Format channels based on marketing annual plans and channel strategies.
  2. Understand market dynamics / consumer insights by channel to participate in strategic decisions.
  3. Identify and materialize business opportunities for marketing priorities behind strong sales tools: preparing sales recommendations and meaningful selling stories.
  4. Participate in annual plans preparation: bridging NR behind base, market trends, and Big Bets.
  5. Evaluate key activities to maximize NR for future activations/promotions.
  6. Follow up on the competition’s commercial activity in the category in order to detect business opportunities and potential threats for the brand.
  7. Co-operate closely with key Mondelez business functions (Marketing, Channel Development, Demand Planning, Revenue Management).

What you will bring

A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career and the following experience and knowledge:

  1. 2-5 years work experience in commercial areas (most preferred: Marketing, Sales, Shopper/Consumer Insight).
  2. Strong analytical skills and ability to prepare business recommendations.
  3. Excellent organization skills to manage multiple tasks still with high accuracy.
  4. Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Power Point).
  5. Familiarity with market data and tools (Nielsen is mandatory, CMR would be an advantage).
  6. Having a future-focused mindset, being curious about industry trends, digital solutions, and innovation for consumers, and translating opportunities into business plans.
  7. Influencing stakeholders and interacting effectively with others with the courage and resilience to hold an alternative point of view.
  8. Very good Polish & English.
