Were expanding our dynamic GBS Treasury team with a Cash Management Specialist whos ready to make an impact. Our diverse team operates across three SSC: Lodz, Mumbai and Shanghai; creating a truly international working environment. In this role, youll collaborate with talented colleagues across continents and work closely with our Group Treasury team on meaningful projects.
What will you be doing?
Cash Management & Cash Forecasting
- Execute daily cash positioning and forecasting activities, ensure adequate funds are maintained across bank accounts, and promptly address any liquidity shortfalls.
- Support Group Treasury to manage cash pool structures and responsible entities cash pool IC loan balances.
- Identify excess cash and upstream them to Corporate Treasury (for non‑cash pool accounts).
- Perform and maintain monthly intercompany netting cycles.
- Monitor and identify FX transactional exposures and request for FX conversions as required.
- Work closely with Group Treasury on cash management enhancement initiatives, including the deployment of a new Treasury system, development of an innovative cash pool framework, and implementation of the IHB (In‑House Banking) project.
Performing Payments And FX Settlements
- Execute intercompany netting settlements.
- Execute Treasury payments (e.g. FX settlement, dividends, intercompany loans, inter‑bank transfers, etc.).
- Ensure that all payment executions comply with the companys payments policy.
Monitoring Of Compliance
- Support Group Treasury with audit & regulatory compliance (FATCA, EMIR, ISDA, MiFID, AML, Sanctions screening).
- Support internal and external audits on Treasury including handling of audit confirmations.
- Handle bank guarantees.
- Manage bank signatory authorizations and coordinate Know Your Customer (KYC) compliance procedures with the banks.
What are we looking for?
- University degree in Finance, Business studies, Economics, Accountancy, Mathematics.
- Approximately 2 years of Treasury experience, preferably in a multinational organization, or 3+ years in finance departments (Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Accounting).
- Understanding of cash management methodologies including forecasting, foreign exchange operations, cash pooling, and netting processes.
- Practical experience processing payments through SAP/bank portals.
- Understanding of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes and their direct influence on cash flow forecasting and liquidity management.
- Proficiency with SAP Modules (FI/CO), advanced Excel skills, and competence with Word and Outlook. Experience with Treasury Management Systems is beneficial.
- Power BI knowledge will be considered a plus.
- Project management capabilities are advantageous.
- Strong analytical aptitude with the ability to interpret data and derive meaningful insights.
- Language requirements: English (min. C1) and fluent German would be an advantage.
