MMC is seeking candidates for the following position based in the Warsaw office:

Cash Collection Specialist with English

As a Cash Collection Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying outstanding balances and initiating collection activities including follow up with Clients, resolving outstanding collections activities, investigating and reporting aged receivables and bad debt positions.

We will count on you to:

1. Handle B2B relations with our stakeholders.
2. Influence customers, negotiate and build long-term business relationships via phone and email.
3. Prepare ad hoc, daily, or monthly reports and forecasts for different purposes.
4. Deal with unallocated cash, obtain remittance advice from clients.
5. Improve the process using previous experience and gained knowledge.

What you need to have:

1. Excellent command of spoken and written English .
2. University degree (preferably in finance/economics) or recognized accounting qualification.
3. 1 - 3 years of experience in a similar role.
4. Practical knowledge of Excel.

2. Previous experience in SSC/BPO company.
