Currently we are looking for:

Cash Application Specialist

Location: Katowice

Zadania:

• Perform day-to-day activities in the Cash Application area, process incoming payments
• Clear customer accounts, reconcile AR clearing accounts
• Allocate outgoing payments not matched automatically by the system
• Research and follow up on unidentified customer payments resolution
• Working on everyday improvements to the process
• Flexibility, especially during month end close
• Making sure daily duties are in line with SOX requirements

Wymagania:

• Degree in Finance / Accounting or equivalent in working experience
• Good working knowledge of MS Office tools – especially Excel
• ERP SAP knowledge experience will be an asset
• Cash Application/AR experience is an asset
• Fluency in written and oral English (minimum B2 level) is essential for this role
• Detail oriented
• Problem solving
• Exceptional interpersonal communication skills
• Good organizational skills
