Perform day-to-day activities in the Cash Application area, process incoming payments
Clear customer accounts, reconcile AR clearing accounts
Allocate outgoing payments not matched automatically by the system
Research and follow up on unidentified customer payments resolution
Working on everyday improvements to the process
Flexibility, especially during month end close
Making sure daily duties are in line with SOX requirements
WYMAGANIA:
Degree in Finance / Accounting or equivalent in working experience
Good working knowledge of MS Office tools – especially Excel
ERP SAP knowledge experience will be an asset
Cash Application/AR experience is an asset
Fluency in written and oral English (minimum B2 level) is essential for this role
