ZAKRES OBOWIĄZKÓW:

• Support daily middle office processes for investment funds within collective investment schemes
• Confirm and settle client transactions in line with market standards, deadlines, and internal procedures
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies across systems
• Handle client inquiries and prepare transaction reports
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and high-quality service
• Contribute to process improvements and automation initiatives
• Assist in maintaining up-to-date procedures and documentation

• Previous experience in the financial sector, investment funds, or a similar role is an asset
• Familiarity with basic financial terms and products
• Very good command of English (both spoken and written)
• MS Excel skills
