Responsibilities
- Post and reconcile entries to accounts
- Research, analyze exceptions and monitor cash and securities pending items until they are resolved
- Management of specific internal and external requests relating to pending cash or securities transactions with investors, custodian banks, paying agents, clearing houses, Management Company or accountants.
- Prepare, check, sign and send the necessary manual payments
- Perform global and basic AML checks
- Coordination of interest and compensation claims relating to cash/securities pending items
- With the validation of the Assistant Team Leader, report incidents to the dedicated team with a detailed description, the people involved, the impact and the necessary documents
Qualifications
- University degree in Economic/Finance or equivalent
- Few years of experience in Transfer Agency/Fund Industry
- Excellent organisation skills to manage priorities, team spirit, flexibility, self reliance and initiative, client-oriented and self-discipline.
- Stress management skills
- Proficiency in English. French or German would be an asset
