Carrier Onboarding Coordinator

We are looking for a Carrier Onboarding Coordinator to help build out our network of carriers! In this role, you will grow and scale the project44 carrier network with a strong focus on truckload carriers.

Key Accountabilities

  • Own and manage internal workflows to ensure efficient onboarding of carriers into the project44 network
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and test carriers’ connections to resolve any incidents that may impact their performance metrics
  • Lead carrier/capacity provider/vendor meetings and collaborate with internal stakeholders (Customer Success Managers, Professional Services Managers, Engineering, etc.) to reduce time to go‑live and increase satisfaction for project44 customers and carriers
  • Proactively report and/or elevate risks to project leadership

Requirements & Preferred Skills

  • Fluency in verbal & written Polish and German or Spanish languages are required, any other language is a strong advantage
  • Ideally previous experience in a client‑facing or similar positions
  • Knowledge of Supply Chain/Logistics/Transportation operations, Carrier Relations, Carrier Procurement preferred, but not required
  • Excellent problem‑solving and communication skills
  • Quick learner, especially around industry knowledge and for technology
  • Experience with Freshdesk/Zendesk and tools like Postman/Observe is a plus
  • Passion for carrier/customer satisfaction and operational excellence
  • Ability to be strategic and roll up your sleeves to accomplish what needs to be done, collaborating with other teams if needed
