Capacity Management Consultant
We are looking for a highly analytical professional with strong skills in Excel, data analysis, databases, and Power BI, and 2–4 years of experience in capacity or resource management within a complex technology environment. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring, analysing, and optimising the Firm’s technology capacity, licences, and application usage. You will assess utilisation levels, track costs, create reports and dashboards, and ensure efficient alignment between technology resources and the company’s operational needs. Experience with ITIL principles is highly desirable.
As a Capacity Management Consultant, you will play a key role in understanding how our technology estate is used and ensuring we have the right resources in place at the right time. You will assess consumption levels, forecast future needs, evaluate operational impacts, and translate data into actionable insights for leadership. Working within the Asset & Capacity Management team, you will collaborate closely with Product, Platform, and Operations teams to drive cost optimisation and service improvement.

,[Monitor and manage technology capacity utilisation across the organisation, ensuring alignment with ITIL service performance standards., Analyse usage patterns, identify constraints, and forecast capacity requirements to support future operations., Develop short- and medium-term capacity plans to optimise cost efficiency and service quality., Produce high-quality reports, dashboards, and data visualisations in Excel and Power BI for senior stakeholders., Manage licence, application, and technology resource inventories, evaluating cost, utilisation, and consumption trends., Support demand and backlog management processes, allocating technology resources as needed., Conduct operational readiness reviews and scenario analyses to support decision-making., Liaise with internal teams and external vendors to adjust capacity, respond to urgent requests, and ensure seamless service performance., Support day-to-day technology volume changes and troubleshoot operational capacity challenges.
