What we expect

• experience in Talent Acquisition Operations
• excellent command of Polish and strong proficiency in English (min. B2–C1)
• a people‑oriented professional with interest in developing in HR, particularly in recruitment
• strong communication skills and ability to engage with people across cultures and seniority levels
• strong problem‑solving capabilities, good planning and task‑prioritization skills
• knowledge of recruitment processes and tools
• experience with SAP, SuccessFactors, or any Applicant Tracking System is a strong advantage

Your tasks

• support the candidates’ journey before joining the organization in close cooperation with market Talent Acquisition Teams – scheduling interviews, coordinating logistics, assisting candidates with required information, handling candidate expenses
• provide assistance to candidates and hiring managers regarding recruitment and onboarding processes
• contribute to continuous process improvements to ensure an outstanding candidate experience
• maintain systems and tools for application tracking and help improve technology solutions for better user experience
• prepare employment contracts and coordinate hiring activities, ensuring document completeness and timely delivery
• support HR stakeholders in the markets by creating reports and preparing analysis to enable informed decision‑making
