We are looking for a Campus Recruitment Specialist to help shape the future of our intern hiring programs in Kraków. In this role you will manage the full‑cycle intern recruitment process, coordinate internship program initiatives and partner with business stakeholders to attract top early‑career talent.

Location: Kraków

Hybrid model: 3 days per week in the office / 2 days remote for parents of a child up to 4 years old.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategies to generate a strong and diverse candidate pipeline aligned with hiring needs.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders and hiring managers, building and maintaining strong relationships across the organization.
  • Collect business needs, conduct phone and video interviews, manage interview schedules, placement and offers.
  • Ensure top candidate experience throughout the entire recruitment process.
  • Coordinate internship program: lead onboarding sessions, organize training and networking events for interns, oversee evaluation processes.
  • Provide guidance and support to the Talent Acquisition intern, delegate tasks and monitor successful completion.
  • Track and analyze recruitment activities through recruiter scorecards.
  • Review processes regularly to identify opportunities for improvement and alignment with global HR programs.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of relevant recruitment experience.
  • Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Proven relationship management and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills demonstrating professionalism and confidence.
  • Ability to think independently and take ownership of critical issues.
  • Solid project management abilities and experience managing multiple priorities.
  • Proactive, solutions‑oriented mindset with sound judgement.
  • Passionate about recruitment and employer branding.
