We are looking for a Coffee&Tea Sourcing Logistics Manager who will be responsible for leading the CoE logistics team to ensure excellent service & cost optimization for the coffee flow from commodity hubs to manufacturing Units without compromising on reliability of supply. You will be based in Warsaw, Poland.

In this role you will be responsible for managing budget adherence for logistic activities. You will be first point of escalation for all logistics related topics and it will be your responsibility to maintain excellent quality of communication & documentation of all logistics flows both with internal as external stakeholders.

As a Logistics Manager, you will not only ensure excellent service and cost optimization, but also lead and develop your team, strengthening their logistics expertise and engagement across the organization.

Continuous improvement is one of the key areas in this role and throughout our organization. You will drive improvement projects and develop standards to optimizes team efficiency and productivity.

For this role as a Coffee&Tea Sourcing Logistics Manager, we’re looking for someone who has the following skills and experience:

  • preferably a Master’s degree and have at least 5-7 years of experience in commodity logistics / supply chain
  • bringstrong experience in Continuous Improvement processes
  • experience with leading / driving projects for logistics cost and / or service optimization
  • strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement
  • proven leadership skills and experience in development of high performing teams
  • ideally have worked with SAP
  • experience in forwarding, warehousing & distribution Ocean Freight management would be an advantage
  • last but not least, we look for someone with excellent communication skills, who is able to address key messages to the different stakeholders
