Overview

We are looking for a Coffee&Tea Sourcing Logistics Manager who will be responsible for leading the CoE logistics team to ensure excellent service & cost optimization for the coffee flow from commodity hubs to manufacturing units without compromising on reliability of supply. You will be based in Warsaw, Poland.

Responsibilities

• Lead the CoE logistics team to ensure excellent service and cost optimization for the coffee flow from commodity hubs to manufacturing units.
• Manage budget adherence for logistic activities and act as the first point of escalation for all logistics related topics.
• Maintain excellent quality of communication and documentation of all logistics flows with internal and external stakeholders.
• Lead and develop the logistics team, strengthening their expertise and engagement across the organization.
• Drive continuous improvement projects, develop standards to optimize team efficiency and productivity.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree preferred with at least 5-7 years of experience in commodity logistics / supply chain; experience in forwarding, warehousing & distribution Ocean Freight management is an advantage.
• Fluent in English.
• Experience with SAP is preferred.
• Strong experience in Continuous Improvement processes.
• Experience leading/driving projects for logistics cost and/or service optimization.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Proven leadership skills and experience in developing high-performing teams.
• Excellent communication skills able to address key messages to different stakeholders.
