Who are you?

• Analyze benchmark reports comparing internal jobs to the external market data
• Help countries build and maintain pay structure
• Maintain Global Job architecture
• Coordinate the collection of internal and external market data, and report data to salary survey providers
• Build global relationships to ensure process & solution maturity
• Cast a wide view over the whole process and suggest improvements where possible and valuable
• Translate clients business needs into product backlogs, user stories, detailed business requirements documents, and use cases
• Conduct training for some groups

Qualifications

• Experienced with Compensation & Benefits (Familiarity with market data and external providers or HR processes knowledge is a plus)
• Able to communicate confidently and clearly in English, fostering effective interactions with stakeholders at all levels
• Learning quickly and maintaining quality business relationships
• Very well organized, and a strong team member, capable of performing at a high level independently
• Advanced in exploring technical queries related to data analysis and data visualization
• Detail‑oriented, ensuring accuracy and thoroughness in all tasks and projects
