About the employer

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Campaign Operations Specialist to join our team on a temporary basis. In this role, you will support the execution, optimization, and delivery of digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels. Your work will be crucial in ensuring smooth campaign operations, timely launches, and consistent performance monitoring.

Responsibilities:

• coordinate and execute end-to-end campaign setup across paid, owned, and earned channels
• manage campaign workflows, timelines, and approval processes
• collaborate with marketing, creative, analytics, and sales teams to ensure accurate and timely campaign delivery
• monitor campaign performance and provide regular reporting using internal dashboards and analytics tools
• support the optimization of campaign targeting, segmentation, and delivery
• maintain data accuracy and documentation across all campaign systems
• troubleshoot issues related to campaign setup, delivery, and tracking
• ensure compliance with brand, legal, and privacy guidelines (including GDPR and other regional standards)
• work closely with external vendors or agencies when required
• contribute to improving internal processes, templates, and best practices for campaign operations

Requirements:

• experience in campaign operations, digital marketing, or ad operations
• strong understanding of digital marketing tools (marketing automation, CRM, ad servers, analytics)
• excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• ability to manage multiple campaigns in a fast-paced environment
• strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills
• proficiency in English
• availability to work in a hybrid model, partly from our Kraków office
• ability to work under a B2B contract for the duration of the temporary cover
