After successfully conquering the Czech and Slovak market (20k sales reps using our product), it is time to show to the world that CRM can be smooth, easy and powerful at the same time! Are you onboard for this mission?

Responsibilities:


  • Campaign Strategy: plan and execute marketing campaigns to generate leads and nurture prospects.
  • Manage multichannel campaigns (webinar, email, social, paid ads, content, SEO).
  • Develop messaging and creative assets to promote our SaaS solutions.
  • Hosting webinars to engage with the audience and demonstrate how our CRM works.
  • Analyze campaign performance, report on results, and optimize based on data.
  • Manage campaign budgets to maximize ROI.
  • Cooperate with our teams (sales, marketing, product) on all of the above.
  • Networking with potential clients and business partners.


Requirements:


  • Experience: 3-5 years in campaign management, ideally in SaaS. Proven success in running campaigns.
  • Knowledge: Strong knowledge of digital channels (email, social, paid, SEO).
  • Skills: Ability to manage campaigns from A to Z: planning, setting goals, creating content, executing, optimizing, evaluating etc.
  • Drive: Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a passion for helping businesses succeed.
  • Language: C2 level in Polish and min. B2 in English.
  • Flexibility: Ability to spend an onboarding phase (4-6 weeks) in company HQ in Ostrava. Then visiting us occasionally.
  • A big plus for you is familiarity with the local business environment.
