As a Campaign Management Specialist at Adlook, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional advertising outcomes for our clients. From onboarding to post-campaign analysis, youll collaborate closely with Sales Managers and Technical Account Managers (TAMs) to ensure seamless campaign execution. This role offers the opportunity to work at the intersection of strategy, technology, and client service, driving impactful results and fostering strong partnerships.
What will you do?
- Support the sales lifecycle by providing valuable insights during the research phase, tailoring pitch materials to client needs, and assisting in creating media plans aligned with client goals and budgets.
- Ensure accurate advertiser setup and coordinate creative assets for campaigns.
- Facilitate client access to platforms, provide necessary training, oversee campaign launches, and verify system delivery.
- Track performance metrics such as KPIs, pacing, and margins, while conducting regular inventory quality checks to ensure alignment with client objectives.
- Optimize campaign parameters for better results and troubleshoot technical issues like integrations and tags.
- Communicate effectively with clients, address inquiries, and provide updates throughout the campaign lifecycle.
- Prepare detailed post-campaign reports with actionable insights to highlight outcomes and opportunities for improvement.
What is required?
- 2+ years of experience in campaign management, ad tech, or digital marketing.
- Technical proficiency with platforms and a knack for mastering tools quickly.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data and drive actionable strategies.
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate client-centric solutions effectively.
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to troubleshoot technical and campaign challenges.
- Time management skills to handle multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.
- Advanced English (B2 or higher); additional languages are a plus.
