In this position, you will work on the conception, development, execution and measurement of marketing automation campaigns with Persooas customers and partners.

• Location: Warsaw/remote

What will you be doing at Persooa?

• Execute marketing campaigns using customer database and channels such as email, SMS, MMS, web push, mobile push and in-app.
• Implementing Marketing Automation strategies.
• Implementing on-site solutions, such as AI recommendation frames, pop-ups, social proof and AI Search.
• Managing activities in mobile apps, including the implementation of promotions and banners.
• Creating segments for campaigns, analyzing user behavior.
• Monitoring KPIs, preparing reports, formulating recommendations and business conclusions.

What we expect from you

• Knowledge of business processes of building outbound and inbound campaigns/communications with customers.
• Practical knowledge of SAS Marketing Automation tool (Customer Intelligence).
• Independence, professionalism and high communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of SQL.
• Practical knowledge of the English language.

These skills will be your added advantage

• Knowledge of other Marketing systems.
• Processes and basic terminology for the selected market sector (e.g. banking, insurance, retail).
