Job Description

As a Calypso Senior BA, you will work in agile/not agile frameworks, facilitate workshops/events, and communicate with different organizational levels. You will participate in several projects, focusing on delivering value to the customer in a sustainable, iterative, and collaborative way.

We need somebody to help us in different fronts:

• IT Functional lead of the project
• Responsible for gathering user requirements and creating Calypso functional solutions
• Collaboration with the rest of the internal team using a servant leadership style and leading by example, supporting in a coordination role on the IT side
• Following the internal evolution of the project, developments, dependencies, and execution of work lines
• Leading the collaboration with external teams involved in the project (users, execution managers, rest of IT teams)

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Calypso experience
• Solid functional knowledge of Collateral, Repo, SecLending, Bond, and Equity products and involvement in projects regarding its Calypso implementation
• Leadership experience leading solutions on treasury and markets global processes, applications, and architectures
• English - advanced; Spanish - nice to have
