Responsibilities
- Support the Calypso IT team in development, enhancement, and maintenance of the Calypso platform using Agile methodology and continuous improvement practices.
- Participate in client meetings and workshops to understand requirements and challengesli>
- Analyze business and user requirements, prepare functional specifications, and assist during development and configuration.
- Provide Level 2 and Level 3 production support, including issue investigation and resolution.
- Identify dependencies and coordinate with other teams and third‑party vendors when needed.
- Create and execute test plans, update system documentation, and report progress within the team.
- Collaborate with IT teams, users, project sponsors, business analysts, and project managers.
Flexible Work
Work location may include remote work, onsite at a client, or in an Accenture office – depending on project needs. All roles include some in‑person time for collaboration, learning, and relationship building.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of Capital Markets products.
- Business analysis skills and ability to work analytically in a problem‑solving environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive attitude, curiosity, and ability to work in a team.
- Strong written and spoken English (international environment).
Bonus Points
- Experience with Calypso or other capital markets platforms (e.g., Murex, Kondor+).
- Intermediate SQL knowledge.
- Ability to create functional specifications and maintain documentation.
