For our Client we are currently looking for Candidates for the position of:

Position: Calibration testing ADAS

Location: Kraków

Job type: B2B (with Hays Poland)

Rate: OPEN PLN/h net on B2B

Start date: October 2025

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify calibration parameters and their impact on feature behavior

• Suggest initial values and define dependencies

• Develop calibration strategies and execution order

• Provide application guidelines and calibration files for SW release

• Execute initial calibration loops and fine-tuning for selected features

FEATURES TO BE TUNED:

Breaking Features Tuning and calibration

- AEB

- Intersection

- FCW

ACC features tuning and calibration

- Distance Warming

- ACC with Stop and Go

- Speed limiter

- Intelligent speed assistant

Side Features tuning and calibration

- Blind sport detections

- Rear cross traffic assist

- Lane change assist

- Door opening

- TSR

Interior Features tuning and calibration

- Child presence detections

- DMS

We are looking for individuals or teams with:

• Proven experience in ADAS feature calibration

• Deep understanding of feature use cases and parameter behavior

• Ability to work independently or as part of a cross-functional team

• Availability for on-site work in Krakow throughout the project duration

Potential tools needed:

- Matlab, Simulink,

- CANape,

- CANoe,

- D-Space
