Responsible for customers to register the Cainiao system, provide quotations to customers based on existing service products, including but not limited to: pick-up from WH, in-warehouse ops, transshipment within the EU, and LM delivery. And complete the process of contract signing and system subscription.
Maintaining regular contact with existing customers to ensure their needs are met and requests are processed in timely manner.
