What we expect

  • possession of a valid European Cabin Crew Attestation (EASA Cabin Crew Attestation)
  • valid medical certificate
  • minimum of six months of experience as a cabin crew member
  • high school diploma or higher education
  • fluent in both English and Polish (speaking and writing), knowledge of Spanish is a plus
  • willingness to work in a dynamic, international environment
  • readiness for seasonal work
  • openness to working on long-haul flights with the possibility of an all-inclusive hotel stay for 3-7 nights inexciting locations around the world
  • excellent communication skills, empathy, and ability to work in a team

Your tasks

  • ensuring passenger safety and comfort during flights
  • supervising compliance with operating procedures, including rules for using electronic devices and fastening seat belts
  • conducting safety briefings and managing emergency situations
  • ensuring the highest level of customer service and building positive passenger experiences
  • reporting any incidents that may affect the safety of operations
  • ensuring that documents (passports, certificates, visas) are up to date and valid
  • performing safety checks and checking onboard equipment before each flight
