C2C Credit & Collection Specialist with Czech and Slovak (maternity cover)

Your responsibilities

• Contacting customers to obtain payments or arrange repayment plans.
• Advising and assisting customers with billing and credit issues
• Monitoring customer accounts and identifying delinquent payments
• Developing incentives for timely payment
• Verifying and analyzing customer payment history
• Preparing reports on the status of receivables and updating customer accounts
• Maintaining an up-to-date customer database and making necessary updates
• Collecting and analyzing data on selected payment/debt history
• Cooperating with other departments to resolve payment issues

Our requirements

• Experience in a similar position in the area of debt collection or customer service
• Fluent spoken and written Czech or Slovak
• Knowledge of English and/or Polish at a communicative level is welcome
• Knowledge of issues related to the debt collection process
• Ability to negotiate and resolve conflicts
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, in particular Excel, JDE-Oracle, and databases
• Analytical thinking and precision in performing tasks

As an international company in the LPG industry, we are looking for a debt collection specialist with fluent Czech or Slovak language skills. We offer employment for the duration of maternity leave in a professional and supportive environment.

In this position, you will be responsible for contacting customers in the Czech Republic and Slovakia and effectively managing the debt collection process. It will be crucial for us that you are able to skillfully combine customer care with responsible supervision of timely payments.
