• Fixed income Forex and Commodities in is a division of Global Business Service Unit (GBSU) for Société Générale. FFC mission is to manage booking, pricing, contribution, and front to back activities for Fixed Income, Currencies and commodities products. Within FFC, the Trading Tool division is in charge of the development and maintenance of Front Office trading applications used on a daily basis by traders for market making.
• C# Technical Leader is responsible for the conception and the technical implementation of the application/service within the team. He/She can also work on all tasks within his/her technical environment. It can go from the business need analysis to the production delivery, going through the design of the user-oriented solution, the technical development, tests, and deployment.
• He/She will be part of an extended feature team between France and Poland, where software engineers will share a common backlog of tasks. He/She can have one or several specialties within a feature team (development, test, deployment, support).
• The application uses C#, .Net Core, Winforms, WebAPI (N-tier Architecture) technologies, PostGRESQL Database, GRPC, Tibco EMS & TREP middleware.

• Co-developing the technical conception of the application
• Stimulating teams in finding the optimum technical solutions
• Easing collective research of technical solutions and arbitrating when necessary
• Supporting technical activities
• Training new joiners and less experienced developers
• Helping developers facing technical difficulties
• Driving the consistent integration of the product into the IS with the help of the technical architects
• Analyzing impact of the products on the technical architecture of the IS
• Collaborating with technical architects for implementation choices
• Implementing a strategy to reduce technical debt on the covered perimeter
• Overseeing the quality and the technical sustainability of the product
• Ensuring that the development and testing strategy is respected
• Being the referent for the craftsmanship & DevOps practices
• Contributing to the technical follow-up of the perimeter and within the chapter

• At least 5-8 years of relevant professional experience
• Experience in .NET Framework and .NET Core development
• Experience in Agile, TDD and Continuous Delivery (Jira, Git/Github, Jenkins, etc)
• Knowledge of Database / SQL (preferably PostGre)
• Knowledge of Windows servers
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to communicate in English and Polish (French is a plus)
• Ability to work in an international and distributed team environment
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
