About two-thirds of the largest retail chains in Poland use our software.
We also create solutions for our foreign contractors operating in other countries. We have been operating on the Polish market since 1991. We currently employ over 400 specialists. We are constantly developing and expanding our team.
Due to this ongoing development, we are looking for candidates to work in our office in Poznań as:
Programming experience in C# or Java. We require at least one year of programming experience in C# (including non-commercial projects) or two years of programming experience in Java/C++.
Knowledge of technologies and concepts related to databases. In addition to general knowledge of SQL, your other strengths may include knowledge of Oracle, PostgreSQL, or SQLite databases.
Willingness to program in object-oriented languages based on design patterns and unit tests. We use design patterns and frameworks based on patterns. We promote universal solutions. We put emphasis on the quality of code and its automatic testing. You do not have to be an expert on design patterns and unit tests, but you must be aware that we will require much more from you than just to make the code "work".
Creative thinking and passion in your approach to programming.
A unique combination: a job in a company with a stable position in the market, with a very friendly atmosphere that will facilitate the process of acclimatization in your new workplace.
A job in the very center of Poznań (ul. Gajowa, nearby Rondo Kaponiera) where work is done in small teams composed of programming enthusiasts.
Participation in projects based on the Scrum and Kanban methodologies.
Truly flexible working time - the start and end times are flexible and you can set them with your immediate supervisor. If you have something to deal with outside of the office during the day, your supervisor will understand this.
Free English lessons.
Free lunches, delicious coffee from coffee machines, and other drinks.
Access to any specialized literature (if you need a professional book to do your job, you just order it from our "librarian" – it cannot be easier).
Budget for conferences, integration meetings, trips.
Active sports groups (incl. football, basketball, volleyball) and hobby groups (pool billiards league, board games).
Active music bands (we have our own, fully equipped music studio on site, where our company bands and other befriended bands fulfill their musical passion throughout the week).
